Education

The beauty industry never stands still, and neither do we. New graduates receive hands-on education that covers technical skills, consultations, guest experience, timing, and working with models before building confidence behind the chair.

Experienced hairstylists continue learning too. Advanced Aveda education, guest artists, vendor classes, in-salon coaching, and mentorship help everyone stay inspired while refining their skills. Around here, education isn’t something you finish—it’s part of the job.

Connection & Community

Our team spends a lot of time together, but what happens outside the salon matters too. Every month we support charity: water to help bring clean drinking water to communities around the world. During Earth Month we raise additional funds, and throughout the year we organize local food drives and community events whenever there’s an opportunity to help. One recent food drive collected more than 1,000 donations for Nashville families. Giving back has never been a campaign here. It’s simply part of who we are.

Work-Life Balance

A salon career should be something you can grow into; not something you have to build your life around. We know everyone’s situation looks a little different. Some of our team members have young families. Some are growing their books as quickly as possible. Others appreciate a part-time schedule while balancing school or personal commitments.
